Stirrer
Wide range of high performance PTFE shaft stirrers and guides to satisfy the demands of laboratory and small scale manufacture applications. MS PTFE lined stirrers are designed to overcome the problems faced with the bare Glass tube stirrer, while mixing or agitation of viscous fluids. They are designed to withstand high mechanical loads [Torque] imposed while mixing or agitation in process vessels. The schedule 20 steel pipe is protected from corrosion by an isostatically moulded, one end closed, high density, chemically inert PTFE liner. Buttons made of SS304 embeded PTFE bolt are provided for mounting PTFE blades.
Warning: Proper clamping fixture is necessary while coupling the stirrer to the motor, otherwise it results in premature failure and personnel and/or equipment hazard.
